A small open cabin on 1.5 acres of privacy forest property. Have your coffee on the porch surrounded by pine trees. Enjoy BBQing at sunset while deer walk down our private road. The cabin is newly remodeled with new furniture and appliances. BEDROOM Small bedroom with brand new and extremely comfortable queen mattress. Space for hanging clothes and storing your suitcases. BATHROOM Full bathroom with tub and shower. Fresh towels and shampoo, conditioner, body soap always available. KITCHEN Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, and large refrigerator. Eat-in kitchen for 3 people. Keurig coffee maker and K-cups are available as well as tea. LIVING ROOM Comfortable couch that can be converted into a single bed for a child or small adult. Roku TV allows you to use Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and other apps. OUTDOOR SPACE Fire pit with adirondack chairs and a separate pergola with lounge area for relaxing after a day of adventures. Outdoor dining space with BBQ available. PARKING Off street privacy parking spaces available for 2 cars.

We are located in Town Hill which is close to everything on the island including the park entrances. It's a gorgeous private neighborhood, with farms and public walking paths to the ocean. There is also a town store and brewery within walking distance.

You can easily walk to the nearest bus stop where the free bus takes you directly into the park and to most of the hiking trailheads and downtown Bar Harbor or other towns. This is incredibly valuable in the summer when parking can be difficult everywhere on the island.
